Update: dual-screen with laptop monitor and HDMI is working 100%! You
are amazing!

Just a piece of interesting info. I do see this occasionally in my dmesg
buffer:

[26] error: [drm:pid0:intel_dp_set_link_train] *ERROR* Timed out waiting for DP idle patterns
[26] error: [drm:pid0:i915_write32] *ERROR* Unknown unclaimed register before writing to 64040

Those errors don't seem to be critical errors since nothing is crashing on me.
