As the message suggests, you need kernel sources in /usr/src.

You have several solutions to do this. One of the easiest is getting the
sources from Subversion, as documented in the Handbook:
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/svn.html

To sum up:
svn checkout http://svn0.eu.freebsd.org/base/stable/9 /usr/src
