The x11-servers/xorg-vfbserver port requires x11/xkeyboard-config to run.
Otherwise it fails to start with the following error:

XKB: Failed to compile keymap
Keyboard initialization failed. This could be a missing or incorrect setup of
xkeyboard-config.
(EE) 
Fatal server error:
(EE) Failed to activate core devices.(EE)

I'm not sure whether this port needs to have x11/xkeyboard-config added to
RUN_DEPENDS or added in some other way.
