(12365) Unexpected exit (crash) of Lumina-DE whenever 'Remove Item' is used, from within the contextual menu, for any file on the desktop

After a few hours' collectively attempting to discover the cause(s),
from debug information, it was realised that my consistent reproductions
of the crash, on multiple machines, might be associated with the
experimental changes to graphics. The bug report began with PC-BSD
11.0-CURRENTNOV2015.
