wake from suspend fails (black screen) with PC-BSD 11.0-CURRENT

HP EliteBook 850 G2; IntelCorei7-5500U with Intel HD Graphics 5500. Lumina.

With 11.0-CURRENTDEC2015 there's the same symptom. 

Workaround: 

* Control-Alt-F2
* log in as root
* Control-Alt-F9
* observe the XScreenSaver 5.34 dialogue. 

If I find any improvement with the 2015-12-15 distribution I'll post a follow-up.
