In your pkginfo.txt, I don't see libdrm installed. Could you please
check the one from xorg-dev is installed?
Here's a new patch which fixes the warning you have in dmesg ("Bad
malloc flags: 0"):

Can you please try that one? It doesn't address your specific problem
though.
Also, I can't use the core file you posted, as I don't have the same
binaries than you have. Could you run gdb (installed from ports) like this:
gdb78 /usr/local/bin/glxinfo /path/to/glxinfo.core
And from GDB's prompt, run:
bt
And post the output of this command?
