[CFT] i915: add HW context support (for Mesa 9.2+)

Hi!

New patch with the dependency to OFED removed:
https://people.freebsd.org/~dumbbell/graphics/drm-i915-hw-context.5.patch

Reports were positives so far. This new patch is a candidate for an
inclusion in HEAD.
