I confirm, it's binary package repos issue, need recompilation all depending on xf86-input-keyboard
for ordinary user it mean fully reinstall from port:

portmaster -r x11-drivers/xf86-input-keyboard/

If it can't help, try it:

portmaster -r x11/xorg
