Also lost hw acceleration after Xorg update

I have

OPTIONS_SET=CUPS LCD_FILTERING GALLIUM

(changed from WITH_GALLIUM due to some deprecation warnings).

The GALLIUM knob was already set in the dri port, I did not change it.

I built libdrm the same both ways...
