Also lost hw acceleration after Xorg update

I was able to recover X acceleration by dropping back to libdrm-2.4.52_1,1
- in my Xorg.0.log files, I see
[ 46.599] (II) [KMS] drm report modesetting isn't supported.
with the newer libdrm, and
[ 43.241] (II) [KMS] Kernel modesetting enabled.
with the older libdrm.
GIven that there are a bunch of files under 'files' for the older one,
patching modetest, it's possible that this newer version has issues that
are not patched. I did try re-applying the patches (by copying the 'files'
directory from the older libdrm to the newer libdrm) but that did not do
the trick.
