hmmm, I have Xorg.0.log for 7.5.0 somewhere, I have Xorg.0.log for 7.4.0 
right now. no xrandr output, I'm afraid

first log is for 7.4.0 running now, second -- ati-ums without vt in 
kernel, last -- 7.5.0 produced by startx yesterday when I tried to find 
out why my keyboard refused to work

No more logs, I'm afraid :(
