Laptop keyboard not responsive after USB keyboard unplug

I'm experiencing a similar issue on a ThinkPad T430s, running PC-BSD
10-RELEASE. I would be delighted to provide additional information to help
diagnose this problem; I know there are a few other PC-BSD users who are
having similar problems.
