vt(9) is not in 10.0-RELEASE. It is in HEAD and 10-STABLE and coming to
9-STABLE son (I have heard). Likewise, no vt(9) means no VT config file.
But looking for the man pages even in STABLE is a waste of time as they are
not yet committed. :-( Hopefully soon.
