Cairo-1.12.16

Was looking at https://wiki.freebsd.org/Graphics#Cairo_1.12_testing and
thought I would report my success using:

- CURRENT (r260689 - r262336)
- new Xorg (1.12.4)
- nVidia GeForce 8800M GTS
- nv driver (from x11-drivers/xorg-drivers)
- x11-wm/i3 window manager (Build/run dependency on graphics/cairo)

No problems of any kind to report with this setup. Let me know if I can
provide any additional info.
