new install of x11

I can’t get x11 to install correctly & I don’t know why? I’m guessing it’s missing something. As it has been working until recently. Out of frustration of getting a GUI to install I got an email from an admin about another issue saying it’s been fixed. I thought it best to wipe my system (again) & do a fresh install to remove any of my nonsense from the equation before installing one. In the process of installing x11 I got this:
