[Call for testers] Update to xorg-server 1.14

It seems like nvidia-driver-173 will be removed instead of being updated
to the latest version because there's no security fix (
https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-graphics/commit/9ad05c182f2897b6413bcd6f199064b09b27b204
). Can't it just be marked as FORBIDDEN, so that it's not built by
default, and removed only after import of xorg-server 1.16?
