Do you use moused(8)?
I refreshed the xserver-1.14 patch to add some debugging to the devd
backend, in case the problem comes from here:
https://people.freebsd.org/~dumbbell/graphics/ports-xserver-1.14.patch
Could you please try with this patch and post your Xorg.0.log after the
problem occurred?
