I have updated xf86-drivers/xf86-video-vmware with a fix for a cursor glitch

To whom it may concern:

I have recently updated xf86-drivers/xf86-video-vmware with a fix for a cursor glitch that was from a VMware developer I'm working on the issue with.

While the PR was properly filed (PR ports/181385), the header seems to have been truncated.

What would be the best way to make sure this PR is committed promptly?
