Intel GPU patch 13.1 for stable/9 ([CFT] Xorg Upgrade 7.5.2)

Hi again. 

In case someone would be in the same sitiuatuon as I, with dri2, to disable 
vblank you need additional device "dri2" added in .drirc:

<driconf>
     <device screen="0" driver="dri2">
        <application name="Default">
            <option name="vblank_mode" value="0" />
        </application>
     </device>
