Anyone know what fixed the scroll corruption issue?

I took the time last weekend to update to kde 4.7.2 and the first
thing I noticed on my ATI r610 is the scroll corruption issue seems to
have
been worked around or fixed.

To be fair I occasionally see the corruption for a split second before
the screen refreshes back to normal.
