suggested xorg-compatible video HW for FreeBSD/amd64 ?

I used ATI for quite awhile, but I'm not running Xorg from ports but
rather from HEAD and the ATI driver in ports doesn't work with it.
Since radeonhd works well enough for me I didn't bother pursuing
it.
