Intel driver patch 11.0

I updated the source tree to HEAD from svn. all.12.1.patch was applied 
without errors. After making buildworld successfully, attempting to make 
buildkernel fails:

/usr/src/sys/dev/agp/agp_i810.c:64:30: error: dev/agp/agp_i810.h: 
No such file or directory
mkdep: compile failed
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC.
*** Error code 1

Tell me, please, what I'm missing/doing wrong?
