 I've just tried do use
 pkg_add -r tp://
 and it gave me a list of installed ports/packages that needed updating. Once
 of which is libXext.
 I had libXext- installed, but apparently libGL needs libXext-
 As soon as I had upgraded libXext to the latest version, I was able to use
 ports to reinstall libGL
 (and then ffmpeg)
