i915 DRI broken after upgrade to 7.0-Release

Hi,
This is a notebook with i915 graphics. 3D acceleration
with DRI worked perfectly fine for the past two years
on FreeBSD 6-stable.
A few days ago I updated to 7.0-Release. At the same
time I updated xorg and all ports. Probably not a good
idea. Among other things, DRI doesn't work anymore.
When X starts, I get this kernel out put on the console:
"drm0: [ITHREAD]"
I don't know if that's normal and expected, but I think
it didn't do that before the upgrade.
As soon as I run e.g. glxgears or glxinfo, it prints
this line:
libGL warning: 3D driver claims to not support visual 0x5c
According to xdpyinfo, that visual is this:
visual id: 0x5c
class: TrueColor
depth: 32 planes
available colormap entries: 256 per subfield
red, green, blue masks: 0xff0000, 0xff00, 0xff
significant bits in color specification: 8 bits
I've tried other screen modes (e.g. 16 bit), but the
error message remains the same, except with varying
visual numbers. It almost seems the driver doesn't
support _any_ visuals.
Anybody knows what I need to get 3D acceleration back?
Otherwise I'll have to downgrade to FreeBSD 6, and
possibly downgrade xorg to an older version, too.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards
Oliver
