libdrm 2.3.1 gets us the modesetting ioctl's that we need to allow
vblank irqs to be disabled.  With 2.3.0, the irqs will always remain
active as they used to.

I'm not sure if it is going to be 2.3.2 or 2.4.0, but the next cut has
the gem changes in it... I don't think that those changes break libdrm
for us, but they don't help us at all either.
