use OPTIONS in x11-drivers/xorg-drivers

It was the way of POLA. Traditionally, xorg installed all
available drivers. Also, drivers don't take very long to
compile. When some pkg_create-related tweaks are committed,
the time xorg-drivers take to compile and install will be
negligible if compared with the rest of xorg.
