Thought I ought to mention that I succeeded to get out of that painful
situation ;
I rebuilt world and was able to compile again without problems (may be
the problems originated in my migrating all my system to zfs ?).
I downloaded the test port tree for xorg 7.2 and rebuilt all (following
the procedure mentioned in the wiki).
I had some difficulties with some packages refusing to deinstall because
of different prefix and had to force deinstall.
There are still a few thinks that I wasn't able to recompile, but
everything si fully functional (as a matter of fact it never ceased to be).
Thanks to xorg developers for this fine job.
And, of course, beryls compile fine, even if I can't use it because my
radeon x1950 only supports vesa, I get a blank screen if I start beryl
(but this was somehow expected ;)
