radeonhd 1.0.0 released

Hi,

as you may have read on xorg(at)freedesktop(dot)org or radeonhd(at)opensuse(dot)org,
the radeonhd driver reached version 1.0.0 . This means that the driver is now
distributed via the usual xorg servers.

A patch for the port is attached, it runs fine on my Asus A6JE which has a Mobility X1450.
