I am assuming that you are using two monitors per card, both of which have
two DFP outputs.
I am also assuming that you intend to have a seperate X-screen per card,
based on what I can see in your config. (Alternatively, you can try to
Xinerama both of your cards, but I'm not sure if this works.)
I do not understand why you have linked "Card0" with two BusIDs. Try
deleting the second BusID reference under Card0, and perhaps Card1 can be
more well-defined.
My suggested config (see triple/quad hashes):
