6.9.0, the wheel scroll behaves diff?

Looks like it's xorg's new bug. I found someone has a same issue that is
using Debian in the freedesktop bugzilla. I have added my details over
there.

I have added a comment of workaround for avoid the scroll up + right click
in bugzilla too.
