xorg-clients conflicts with xterm (patch)

And the contents of /var/db/pkg was fine I guess (ie. no more than one 
directory beginning with xorg-clients).
Does the same happen if you do:
% cd /usr/ports/x11/xterm
% pkg_delete -f xterm-\*
% make install
