NO_LATEST_LINK in imake-6

Erm, while doing this I noticed that imake-4 and imake-6 both have the same 
UNIQUENAME (even before removing LATEST_LINK). Is this also not concern given 
there is no conflict or should different uniquenames be specified (imake-4 
and imake-6)?
