Update to fre x11-servers/mga_hal port

Hi;

I didn't submit a patch. I'm busy installing FreeBSD-amd64 on my new box...
which has not been as easy as I had expected :-(. If it's really urgent feel
free to submit a PR (only one please).

ps. A script in the original driver hints that this works on amd64 too,
