xorg after recent portupgrade - no go

Hello

FreeBSD 5.4, Geforce 6200, nvidia's driver v.776, p4 / 3 GHz, 512 MB RAM.

Yesterday I've done a cvsup and portupgrade -a. The xorg server was
recompiled and now it doesn't work anymore. When I do startx, the nvidia
welcome screen appears, and then the computer quickly goes back to the
text console. The text says that the X server got SIGSEGV (signal 11).

This is from an user account. If I do startx as root, it works.
/usr/ports/UPDATING says nothing about possible issues.

I am attaching the log file and my xorg.cnf file.
