X11R6.8.2 can't be compiled in 5.3 Release?

Another error appears when I re-compile X11: 
--------------------------
/usr/X11R6/bin/fc-cache: No such file or directory
--------------------------

But I find fc-cache is in /usr/local/bin, which is probably installed by fontconfig package. 

Any help?
