X11R6.8.2 can't be compiled in 5.3 Release?

But in company, the connection to outside is limited to HTTP protocol. In this case, I don't think ports can be used. 

You mean we can't directly build the X Window system from X11R6.8.2 src distribution? Anyway, could you tell me what package I am missing?
