MGR Window System (Bellcore)

Curious if anyone has ported the MGR windowing system to FreeBSD-4.x + 
--- there was an older port for FreeBSD-2, which I looked at a long time 
ago, but it never worked.

This could be useful for low-end consoles, etc.

I remember using this back on an old AT&T 3B1 ;-)   It has low resource 
requirements.

I've not seen anything quite like it....
