acecad tablet and xorg and xfree86 mode questions

Well the acecad tablet works wonderfully under X :)

The only problem is since the psu in my 5.2.1 multimedia box with xorg
on it is down, I moved my tablet over to my 4x server/workstation with
xfree86 4.3.0 on it. Here is the problem XFree86 some time ago moved
the acecad driver into the mouse driver and xorg does compile. Any
ideas or stuck waiting till a new psu arrives in week and a half?
