Updates for pre-release fd.o xlibs-ports

Hi,

I noticed that three of the freedesktop.org xlibs ports are still at
prerelease level.

http://people.freebsd.org/~arved/stuff/libSM.diff
http://people.freebsd.org/~arved/stuff/randrext.diff

I plan to commit them after a bit more testing, but before the
portsfreeze, if there are no objections.
