Key Findings
* Revenue growth of pure-play BR/MRO companies in India increased at
a CAGR of 14% from 2007 to 2011.
* The aggregated revenue per employee of companies in the sample was
INR 1,284k in 2011, with a slight 0.5% drop in its five year CAGR from
2007 to 2011.
* In 2011, the total cost per employee for pure-play BR/MRO companies
in India has reduced by more than half compared to the previous year.
* ROCE has dropped significantly over the past five years, from 45%
in 2007 to single digits in 2011.
