www/146089: On www.freebsd.org some IPv6 mirror sites do not work

 I was in contact with the webmaster of the Austrian mirrors.  He
 confirmed the issue and promised to fix it.  According to him the first
 mirror should be okay now, 2nd mirror will be fixed soon:
