torrents.freebsd.org & IPv6

Dear webmasters,

FYI, torrents.freebsd.org has both an IPv4 and IPv6 address:
| % host torrents.freebsd.org.
| torrents.freebsd.org has address 69.147.83.59
| torrents.freebsd.org has IPv6 address 2001:4f8:fff6::3b
| torrents.freebsd.org mail is handled by 0 .

However, the remote server seems to not listen for requests on port 8080
on the IPv6 address:

| % nc -4v torrents.freebsd.org 8080
| Connection to torrents.freebsd.org 8080 port [tcp/*] succeeded!
| ^C
| % nc -6v torrents.freebsd.org 8080
| nc: connect to torrents.freebsd.org port 8080 (tcp) failed: Connection refused

I saw this problem because epiphany seems to not fall-back to IPv4 when
the remote server refuses connection over IPv6. I can't tell how other
user agents handle this.

Maybe some configuration option can be adjusted for
http://torrents.freebsd.org:8080 being available over IPv6?

Kind regards,
Romain
