Mediasoft Incorporated is a UK based consultancy company that provides unique I.T and software solutions which are not ordinarily available commercially to people and businesses across Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas.
The Asia American Initiative is a non-profit organization obliged to counter terrorism and communal violence by promoting peace and prosperity in conflict-ridden communities around the world. AAI believes that international security and respect for human dignity are inseparable. AAI is involved in field programs to create sustainable local models for the international community to emulate. AAI aims at reducing avoidable death and disability associated with under nutrition among infants and young children in developing countries. The President of the AAI, Albert M. Santoli, the AAI people and Mediasoft Incorporation see this as the little way we can bring drastic sustainable changes to our world. Mediasoft Incorporation is contracted by The Asia American Initiative (AAI), a sister organization, to act as a financial services agent. As a charity organization, AAI does not receive government funding. AAI receives grants and contributions from multinational and indigenous companies as well as private individuals. Under the agency agreement with AAI, Mediasoft, amongst other services, acts as a revenue collector and receiving agent to receive contributions (cash, cheques, money orders etc) on their behalf and disburse, after cashing, such monies to locations where AAI has ongoing projects. Under the employ of Mediasoft, you would act as a US Field Financial Services Representative (FFSR).
Your job definition, as a Field Financial Services Representative (FFSR), amongst others include receiving contributions (cash, cheques, money orders etc) and disbursing, after cashing, such monies to locations where AAI has ongoing projects, acting on instructions and briefings from us at MediaSoft Incorporated. You will report directly to me at Mediasoft Incorporated, receiving your briefings and instructions thus.
You would be on a mandatory six months probation period before your appointment is confirmed. We would start you on package level 09. Your package includes 10% commission for every service rendered and an opportunity to travel to countries around the world where Mediasoft Incorporated has ongoing projects.
On receipt of this offer letter, acknowledge acceptance by replying, confirming details as requested below, within 48 hours due to the sensitive nature of this position bearing in mind that you will be handling a lot of cash on our behalf. On acceptance, we would send you a Letter of Employment and a Contract Agreement detailing comprehensively your wage package certified by us at Mediasoft Incorporated. You can then commence work immediately.
