reference to Techbuilder not ok

I think TechBuilder and Mozilla.org would have been better
places to report this problem. There is little www@ can do about it.

BTW: I didn't see any problems with "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; FreeBSD i386; en-US; rv:1.8.0.3) Gecko/20060506 Firefox/1.5.0.3". You could try a browser update.
