CVSweb down?

CVSweb seems to be broken, could someone have a look?  I'm about to
release new FreeBSD-CVSweb (3.0.1), and the announcement has links to
ChangeLog and NEWS pointing to CVSweb... :I

Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /cgi/cvsweb.cgi/.
Reason: Could not connect to remote machine: Connection refused
