sparc64 mail archive missing

And maybe even the old content migrated to the new archiver, although
I imagine that would take a _very_ long time -- had to run mailman's
bin/arch on a 20 M mbox the other day and that took over 10 minutes.
I really don't want to know how big the -questions mbox is...
But I think having two interfaces is not a very good idea.
