Atheros AR9280 5GHz working but still slow? (FreeBSD 11.3)

Hm, 16 and 12 RSSI isn't that high, and it's selecting low bitrates.
3165 only does 11abg right now iirc, the iwm driver doesn't do 11n or 11ac.
