Realtek RTL8188CE support?

hiya,

I think we can backport the whole thing, but it comes with a lot of
other changes. I'll talk to Andriy about it; maybe we can pick a time
where we can just checkpoint the whole -head wireless stack + drivers
and backport it in one hit.
