wpa_supplicant + wpa_gui have troubles when many APs have the same name

I didn't debug it. But I observed that the problem occurred in several 
public places, like airports, conference halls, hotels which attempt to 
"cover" the space with APs with the same name. Sometimes there were 
10-20 APs in sight.
