please test: LOR patch!

hi,

andriy has done up a patch to fix the superg-AMSDU encap locking order
problem that's been in the tree since forever:

I'd like some further testing before I submit it to re@ for inclusion.
It breaks (net80211) KBI which I'm okay with, but I'd like to make
sure it's more thoroughly tested before we land it.
